AURIGA Design Auriga Design Ltd. is located in Haliburton, Ontario in the heart of "Cottage Country". Elico House, our 10,000 sq. ft. facility, is big enough to handle large, medium or small projects. The company has been involved in the design and fabrication of aircraft for over a quarter century. Our major in-house project is the Amphibian Aerocat which is an all-composite aircraft capable of land or sea operations. Our flying prototype has garnered a great deal of attention and we are in the process of moving forward into mold fabrication and eventual production for the Experimental Aircraft Market. Today a large part of our production is devoted to producing parts for other aircraft companies. Design Specialists We are specialists in the design and manufacture of composite components, aircraft parts, windshields and custom aircraft parts design. Our CAD specialists have 23 years of aircraft design experience. Our lamination department carries over 20 years of hands-on aircraft parts lay-up and mold/plug design expertise. We specialize in quick solutions via "Rapid-Form Prototype Tooling" - A faster and less expensive tooling for prototype development and short run components (1-5). Proof Of Concept This enables proof of concept in all aspects of manufacturing including accurate part weights, procedures and finish.
